I have made this recipe twice now and each time I skiped the pesto sauce, and it turned out great. My husband loved it and couldn't stop eating it. It was great

This was very easy to make. I have tried to make this dish before using spinach, etc and found it was just too much! This really takes very little time to prepare and tastes great. My 2 year old and husband really enjoyed it.

My husband and boys LOVED this and for some reason I was hesistant to make it for them. I didn't have any pesto so left that out. They are asking for it again!

TIP: When making Manicotti, fill the tubes uncooked. Cover with sauce and seal tightly with foil and Bake for 1 hour. They are so easy to make this way, and just wonderful!

I used cottage cheese instead of Ricotta Cheese. It was a little hard to fill the noodles with one person, but it tasted excellent! Don't overcook the noodles, or they will rip. Top with extra sauce. F.Y.I: I had no idea what pesto was, it's in the pasta isle by the other sauces. Yum!

This is a great meal! Easy to make and very yummy. It looked like it was a hard meal, but it wasn't. I did make the noodles in the morning so they were easy to work with.
