Extremely easy and fast. I made it with breasts as I do not like meat on the bone and it turned out juicy with a lot of flavor.

The first time I made this, I had issues with the skin on the chicken. But the second time around, I took the easy way out and used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. And man, how easy was that! The chicken was moist and delicious, no hard prepwork, and my family is obsessed. This is always going to be in my regular rotation.

I did this recipe with boneless chicken breast and it was great. I followed the video and it was so easy. Cooked the chicken for 20-25 minutes. I loved this recipe.
