Love fried chicken but want to trim some of the calories that come with it? Problem solved. Our crispy chicken tastes better than the real thing!

Have used shake & bake in the past...how do you get BOTH sides crunchy? The bottom is usually mushy.....

Loved the recipe but cannot understand why on earth you keep suggesting the use of ziplocks if we are all trying so hard to save our planet. Please encourage your followers to use dishes and wash thoroughly after. Take care of our planet!!!

Very yummy. I mixed the ranch dressing with honey mustard to give it a bit of a twist. It was fabulous.

I used chicken strips to make chicken tenders. I make this at least once every two weeks!!

Both husband and I really liked this. I used 5 skinless chicken breast, and they were very moist. Will absolutely make again.

I am normally not a big shake and bake fan but this was delicious! I cut up a 4# broiler, left the skin on and also used the Kraft, Light, Three Cheese Ranch. It was some of the best chicken I have ever made. Not a single left over,my son was over for dinner!

This was very easy to make. The chicken was moist on the inside and the outside coating was crispy. No, it's not your typical fried chicken, but for baked 'fried' chicken, it was very good. My husband does not like ranch dressing, but he liked he chicken. I think the ranch gave the coating a bit of zip. We are trying to eat healthier and my husband said that he thought this recipe would help him through his next fried chicken craving. Thanks! We'll be making this again.

I was disappointed. This doesn't taste anything like any variety of fried chicken. I eat healthy foods, but this one just didn't cut it for me.
