I made this last night and it was fantastic!! My husband loved it and said that it was a make it again meal. I took a piece to work for lunch.
Very very good, def making it again. I used a dif dressing than called for and still delih.
Everyone I've made this for loves it.
It was a tasty meal and pretty easy to make for how elegant it looked. I even impressed my husband with it! The only thing that I didn't like was the prep time. It stated in the magazine that it would only take around 15 minutes...not even close. It was like 45 min. to an hour, but other than that, I would recommend this recipe to other women for its simplicity.

I make this recipe anytime we have company over - everyone loves it and it is SO EASY (and the best part is that everyone thinks it is such a fancy dinner!). I have made this recipe SEVERAL times and it is my husband's favorite.

My husband and I LOVE this recipe! It looks like it takes hours to prepare, and, while it is a little labor intensive, it doesn't take nearly as long as it looks! I make it for company when I want to impress ;-) Fresh basil REALLY makes a difference! I always end up having a lot of leftover stuffing, so I add it to the top and sides of the dish and we have a little extra as a side dish. I've started marinating the chicken breasts in the dressing overnight - it adds a LOT of flavor and makes them super moist and juicy! Tip: Make sure you have the chicken skin side DOWN when you pound - it won't fall apart that way!

I've made a similar version of this recipe. Instead of pounding out the chicken, I left the breast as normal & simply cut a slit in the side to make a "pocket" and then stuffed the chicken with the mixture. It's just as easy & tastes just a delicious!!!
