What You Need

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

Tbsp. sugar

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. flour

Tbsp. vanilla

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

eggs

1/3

cup seedless strawberry jam

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; swirl with knife.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

I made this and WOW~ I didnt think it was gonna be easy... and not only was it easy but its awesome, i wont be buying name brand NY style cheesecake anymore.. why? when i can make it like this!! I know what its suppose to taste like, Im a NY girl!

THIS WAS THE FIRST CHEESECAKE I'VE MADE. IT CAME OUT GREAT AND WAS VERY EASY! IT WAS A HIT, EVERYONE LOVED IT! I'M EXPERIMENTING WITH DIFFERENT TOPPINGS NOW!

My husband is on a scrict lowfat, low sugar diet. I made this cheesecake for him and it turned out great! I sprayed a 9x13 glass baking dish. Covered the bottom with low fat grahm cracker crumbs, omitting sugar and butter! I used Fat Free cream cheese, Fat Free sourcream, egg beaters, splendid and sugar free preserves. It turned out wonderful!

Delicious cheesecake! Halved the recipe & baked in 8" pan. Easy & good crust. Will make again.
