What You Need

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

Tbsp. sugar

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. flour

Tbsp. vanilla

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

eggs

1/3

cup seedless strawberry jam

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; swirl with knife.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

I made this recipe for school, and it was great, but I used extra crumbs for the crust. I don't think a cup is enough!

This was so good. The strawberry jam used in this recipe taste like real strawberries. Unbelievable recipe!! The only thing I would add is an extra layer of crust, only because I love the crust.

Made this for a girl at work for her birthday. Everyone loved it, I even had a piece and I don't eat cheese cake (ha). Used raspberry instead of strawberry. She took what was left home and shared with her friends, they loved it also. She's asking me for this recipe!!!

This was a big hit! I made it for 2 different parties, and everyone was asking for the recipe. I was a bit scared because I never in my life made a cheesecake. But it tured out wonderful!! I will definately make this again.
