This was the best chocolate cake I've ever made! I substituted sugar free pudding, Egg Beaters, applesauce for the oil, Lite Cool Whip, and pecans. I was weary of the Cool Whip/melted chocolate combo for a frosting, but the results were amazing! Every one raved about how professional the cake looked, and the flavor was just awesome. It's very rich, so cut the pieces small or garnish with a little whipped cream.
