Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up

What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped

small onion, chopped

1/2

lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

pkg. (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

BROWN ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA; cook 5 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min.

UNROLL dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8-inch rectangle; top with meat mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side. Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam-side down.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.

cooked for 21 minutes...it is burnt on the bottom. considering the amount of money spent on the lean ground, cheese etc. I am hesitant to make these again. I made 2 at the same time, so double the expense. I will try it once more at a lower temperature.

This is so tasty. It's quick and easy to make. No changes to the recipe are needed. It's now my best friend's favorite food. The other night I didn't have pizza dough (and didn't feel like making any) but did have an unbaked pie crust, I pressed it into some muffin tins and filled them with the cheeseburger mixture, baked them then topped them with a dill pickle chip, mustard, and ketchup...yummy.

This was really good as is. The first time I made it the way the recipe is. The second time I added mushrooms into the meat and before I rolled it up I put pepper jack cheese over the top. Next time I will add peppers for a little bit. This is a keeper.
