I usually don't rate recipes (but enjoy reading the reviews) but I made this one years ago and immediately tossed the recipe. This had to be the worst Kraft recipe ever - my boys are bacon cheeseburger fans and absolutely would not eat this.

I've made this many many times with tons of different variations on the filling. The best tip I've come up with is to spread the dough out on a piece of parchment paper on the cookie sheet. It makes it a lot easier to roll it up and reposition it after its rolled. This is one my husbands favorite recipes.

This was good when it was fresh, but the next day leftovers seemed soggy, and for a family of two, good leftovers are important since everything made ends up as leftovers

Very easy. My husband and kids loved it. I used real bacon bits instead of bacon and it turned out just fine. I think it would make a great appetizer, too!

This is so easy & such a winner at the dinner table with both kids & adults alike. I made 2 for a family of 7, and had some leftovers. My husband HATES leftovers, but he finished this off the next day!!! I will definitely be making this again.

I'm thinking about using Queso (with the peppers and onions already in it) next time instead of the Velveeta, just to give it some more flavor but overall it was really good!

This one is very good, we make it probably once a month. Though I like my bacon a little crispy so I cut up and cook the bacon for a few minutes before I add the beef and onions.

One of my family's favorite "go to" recipes on busy nights.
