So easy and everyone loved it!! I used the thick crust pizza crust which made it very easy to roll out and roll up. Will definitely make it again.

This was great! Instead of a store bought pizza crust, I made my own out of Bisquick. The whole family loved it!

Very yummy, whole family loved. This recipe is also very versatile, I have a few other ideas of recreating this recipe with other fillings, like maybe a Philly cheese steak, or pizza toppings. thanks for the recipe :)

I omitted the onion and velveeta product. I added 1/2 cup 2% Mexican blend shredded cheese and 3 Tbsp light sour cream to the cooked ground beef. I then sprinkled 1/2 cup cheese to the dough before spreading the ground beef and rolling. It was juicy and delicious... a hit in my home!
