I made this in a pizza style, with pepperoni and hamburger cheese and light amount of sauce. Made 1 with can pizza dough and 1 with crescent rolls. The kids loved the pizza dough and my and husband and I preferred the croissant rolls. Had to cook longer than called for. Will definitely make again and again.

Being vegetarian, I used Boca buger crumbles, skipped the bacon, added mushrooms and 1/2 c. drained relish. I also used WHITE american cheese from the deli, instead of orange processed food product. It was quite good and I will make it again with my own whole wheat pizza dough to increase the nutritional value!

It was very easy to make, and it was fun to make with my ten year old. I thought it turned out okay and tasted well enough. Next time I might add something to give it a little more kick.

I made this for my family once exactly like the recipe and it was a hit; however, tonight I took out the bacon and added a can of Del-Monte Zesty Stewed Tomatoes and it was AMAZING! This is definitely a family favorite that will be made often.

This was a very simply quick meal. Here are a few things I did different. I used the thin pizza crust and rolled it out on parchment paper, this made it so much easier to roll up. I also used shredded cheese instead of velveta. I added more spices too. I think if I would have fried the bacon first and made it crispy we could have told there was bacon in it. I think there are so many different variations you could do with this. I can't wait to try it again. Maybe next time I will make a mushroom swiss cheese roll-up

I rated superb for my husband and grandson. Had to make extra second tome so grandson could take some home and husband could have leftovers.I like this recipe, but they LOVE it.
