i made this recipe for the first time for my sister and her husbands anniversary it went over big time. i then made it for a pot luck for work and everyone loved it. i double the batches and to reduce the calories i used ground italian seasond turkey and low fat cheese i also reduced the amount of butter and milk.

easy and simple, I double the recipe so I have extra leftovers for a day I don't feel like cooking!

This recipe is so easy yet it produces such great results. I have made it as is and tripled it for a crowd. It is perfect and so delicious. Everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. I use ground turkey and season with Italian seasonings as it cooks. You will love this one!

Quick and simple. My niece, who is a very picky eater, ate everything on her plate! Would definetly make this again for the family.

With each bite I heard "wow, this is good". I did modify it a little. I added some chopped green pepper and onion along with about a tsp. of Italian seasoning to the ground beef. I used Brilla spicy marinara. I also cooked the Mac & Cheese a little less than what was called for. It looked like there wasn't going to be enough Mac & Cheese when I was putting it together but the balance of the ingredients was perfect. This will be a new favorite dish in my house.

Never made lasagna with mac & cheese - very good!!!! Even my fussy eaters loved it - that's saying something!

FYI -- The "healthy living" designation should be removed from this recipe as it has far too much sodium per serving to be considered "healthy."

Husband and kid loved it. If you like mac and cheese, this is for you! I doubled the recipe and we had enought for lunch the next day. Would make a unique reunion dish. Just used a 9x13 glass baking dish instead.
