Quick and easy to make. Extremely tasty!! Served each square with strawberries and kiwi. I doubled the cream cheese and used 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and used the full box of cookies for the crust which of course called for more butter. Sorry didn't measure out the extra butter. I am thinking of using this recipe for more individual pieces for a party by using cup cake pans. The cream cheese mix can also be used to dip fresh fruit. Just add a little pineapple juice to sweeten and thin out.

I made this recently and it got rave reviews and several requests for the recipe. I like that it takes fat free and sugar free ingredients but still tastes great.

I haven't made this yet. Was wondering if bananas turn brown? Should they be dipped in lemon juice prior to layering? It looks/sounds tasty!

I've made it as is and it's very tasty. I have tried it also substituting pumpkin pie pudding and instead of the chocolate I used chopped toasted pecans. This version not so diabetic friendly but yummy!
