We ended up making 3 different batches of this. I let both of my kids make a batch for their teachers (one made it with the cookies and the other substituted chopped roasted peanuts). This recipe was so easy that my 6 and 9 yrs. old were able to make it themselves, with very little help from Mom. Then we made the 3rd batch for their "Poppi" (for his, we toasted slivered almonds to add). We received thank you notes and rave reviews from EVERYONE! One teacher even sent a recipe card home with my son, requesting the recipe! We even give it 3 thumbs up!!!

I made this to give as Christmas gifts.. I was unsure about adding the peanut butter but I ended up adding it anyway, as I didn't know if it lended to the consistency.. It came out good but if I made it again I would make it without the peanut butter. It was still very good though & easy to make.

Delicious! I definitely expected it to make a lot more. It was way too thin to spread out in a baking sheet. I actually had to scoop it up into the middle of the pan so it would be thick enough. My white chocolate wasn't very pretty bc of the small cookie crumbs, but it definitely didn't affect the taste. Might make a double batch next time. :)

Reminds me of a Hershey's Cookies and Cream candy bar but with chocolate too! Very good and so easy to make!

Great recipes, goes together quickly. I've made it several times, but this last time I thought the peanut butter made the white chocolate look too "caramel" color, so I made another batch and omitted the PB. This was a mistake--the second batch looked gray. So stick with the recipe!

So easy to make and friends and family ask for it every year. So yummy. I also crush up candy canes and sprinkle on top. yum

We made this without peanut butter. We used crushed mint Oreo style cookies and this was a huge hit for Christmas treats.
