Wow!I made this recipe tonight (but added salt and pepper to the chicken tenders and added a dash of italian seasoning as well as omitting the lemon bc my husband hates meat and citrus together( he is weird I know!))and I loved it! The parmesan cheese topped it off beautifully! A new take on a chicken dish...I think this would be great to make at the end of the week and toss together any extra vegetables you haven't used! I will definately make this again...very easy and cheap to make!

Followed recipe except for omiting the onions. It was great and my boys asked me to please make it again (that doesn't happen often).
I loved this recipe! The only problem I had was it took longer to cook than the directions called for. I also added some extra lemon flavor by zesting the entire lemon and using the juice (no waste!) in the dressing mix. This also made the dressing go further, so I marinated the chicken in 1/4 cup then still had a little over 1/2 cup as the recipe suggests. I accidentally forgot to add the mushrooms and by the time I realized it, it would have been too late so I just left them out. My hubby doesn't like the veggies, so I served them in a separate dish and tossed the noodles with enough of the dressing to give them some flavor on their own. I am also thinking of trying this recipe and cooking the chicken and veggies in my grill pan with my grill press and then serving over the pasta!
I marinated the chicken breast in italian and lemon pepper seasoning overnight before I made this recipe. It was delicious!! I love lemon chicken!
Cooking the chicken in the dressing gave it a wonderful flavor. Don't care for mushrooms, used yellow and orange peppers with the onion. Very good.
We loved it..YUMMY! My 6 year old daughter,who is very finicky ate a huge bowl full. She gave me the thumbs after she took her first bite. I changed a few things - added more lemon, omitted the peppers (daughter doesn't like them), cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, and used shell pasta which gave the dish a cheese filled gnochi flavor...the parmesian is a must on top..DELICIOUS!! Served with whole kernel corn and dinner rolls..great combo. Will definitely cook again.
This recipe was great! Instead of using the full 1/2 cup of dressing, I used the juice of one lemon and then added enough dressing to make the 1/2 cup. It made it nice and lemony. I will definitely make this again.
Fantastic! I added extra lemon juice and italian dressing to give more of a saucy feel. My family really enjoyed it. I could of done without the chicken....the veggies were my favorite! I added a yelllow peper, which gave it even more flavor!
Add carrots, use lemon juice instead of rind
