AWESOME! MADE LAST YEAR FOR THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS - HAD TO DOUBLE THE RECIPE AND THERE ARE ONLY 5 IN MY FAMILY! A BIG HIT AND WILL MAKE AGAIN THIS YEAR!!!8)

This was really good, after I followed some of the suggestions in the reviews. I added bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and some of the dressing to the sausage, realized it needed a little kick so I added some cayanne pepper... they were yummy!!

SOUNDS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS YET, BUT WILL SOON. I AM GOING TO USE CRIMINI MUSHROOMS (BABY PORTABELLA). I THINK WILL ENHANCE THE FLAVOR

I also added in parmasian cheese for flavoring and a little bread crumbs to bind it and make the filling softer after the sausage was fried then packed in the filling since 1/2 tsp just wasn't enough.

I used portabellos because I wanted the stuffed mushrooms as the main course. I made some fried rice, and served some fresh strawberries with the meal. Yummy!
