This is VERY good! It's not too rich or heavy, and was great after a very heavy meal. We call it apple pie a la mode in reverse :) It can be a little sticky when serving, so I advise placing the pie pan on a larger serving plate/tray. Also, I used a ready-made graham cracker crust, so it was terribly easy.
The leftovers are not as good as the first time around - the frozen apples are quite chilly on the teeth, but that didn't stop us!
