delicious and easy to make. which is great because with a 3 month old, i need dinners to be as fast and easy as possible. made this with 2% Velveeta and whole wheat pasta shells. definitely want to make again, but hopefully they'll start selling the 2% Velveeta in smaller packages.

I wasn't sure what to make of this but it was delicious, even my picky 5 yr old loved it....will be making this again for sure!

Delicious! I sauteed the onions and peppers together with the ground beef. Yum!

This recipe is delicious. The only things I did differently were to sautee the green pepper and onion together. Then I browned the ground beef and, after I drained it, added it to the pepper and onion. I also added an additional can of diced tomatoes. Will definitely make again. I

Yummy. I just tried it! I made it for race day! I used taco seasoning instead of the cumin and then put it in the crockpot when it was done on warm. Now, we can eat throughout the day. It is delicious!

One of our family favorites! Discovered it last year and I make it quite a bit. I use paprika and extra cumin. And I like to top my servings with a dollop of lite sour cream, cools it down and makes it extra creamy. Drooling just thinking about it, YUM!

This was a big hit with my kids, even the picky one. But it is a little spicy. Next time I'll have to double the recipe. :)

Used Ground Turkey & 2% Velveeta for lower fat content. Also used Whole Wheat Rotini, and substituted 2 1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning for cumin. Added Nonfat Plain Yogurt to give it a creamier, lighter texture; good flavor, no added fat. Made this dish with my 11 Year old daughter. Everyone really liked it, even the horrendously picky 7 year old. We'll prepare this dish again! Thanks, Kraft, for another great recipe!

I made this recipe and it was amazing! I left out cumin and green peppers because I did not have any on hand, however I added a can or corn. Everyone enjoyed this recipe and I would make it again. The best part is leftovers! This was even better the next day!!

My family really liked this! We added a teaspoon of chili powder in addition to the cumin which made it nice and spicy.
