What You Need

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

onion, chopped

cloves garlic, minced

1/4

cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

tomatoes, coarsely chopped

1/2

cup chopped fresh basil

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook onions, garlic and dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min.

DRAIN pasta. Add vegetable mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. Serve for lunch the next day along with cold sliced cooked chicken.

Substitute

Have lots of cherry tomatoes in your garden that you would like to use up? Substitute halved cherry tomatoes for the chopped tomatoes.

Variation

For variety, prepare using KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing or penne pasta.

Very easy to make. I added a little more garlic and dressing and it tasted fabulous.

This recipe was awesome!! My boyfriend and I love this and it is so easy and quick to make. I added more dressing than called for and liked it much more. We like it cold and is a lot better the second day!
