Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

I really liked this recipe. It might become the new what I make spaghetti. The Neufchatel cheese gave it a nice flavor I wasn't expecting.

i loved how the size of the dinner itself was more filling then i have pictured. it was really good, and has made me realize that plain spaghetti and meat sauce will never be made at my home again.

My family prefers this to any sauce from the jar - and it is almost as easy!! The smell of the "dressing" brings the whole family to the table. I know that everyone has a spaghetti recipe, but this is one that I always pass along. It is now my husband's "go to" dish - and he does it awesomely!

Love this sauce! It's a great change from our usual choice. Added some garlic pepper to the meat and onions. Next time may try Italian seasoned tomatoes.

Good! :) Made me think of my school's spaghetti(no worries people, I really liked my school's spaghetti) I was happy to find this recipe! I have all of the ingredients on hand most of the time too, which is always a plus...or should I say A+. lol

Super easy, and Great!! Taste like homemade, My family all loved it!! Making it again!!! I may never buy Jar sauce again!!
