I forwarded this to my niece in TX & she wrote "Thanks for forwarding me the recipe. I made them tonight and they are awesome...definitely a hit! :)" She has 4 young children & is a busy mother & wife. Thanks!

These were AWESOME! Like others, I added a little vanilla to the frosting, but other than that...YUMMMMMM

The frosting is even better if you use Jello cream cheese flavored pudding mix instead of the powdered sugar. (4 serving mix).

I made it as a cake instead of cupcakes. I added a 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla to the frosting, I thought that it was too sweet, but it was still good.

Recipe was good however I thought the chocolate pudding gave it too much of a chocolate brownie taste instead of red velvet

Love, Love, LOVE this recipe!!! Made it with my daughter and a non-cooker friend, LOL, and it came out wonderuflly! The frosing was a bit too sweet for me so I added a splash of vanilla and it was perfect! Did I say I loved this recipe??!

Makes very moist cupcakes and the frosting is not overly cream-cheesy. I made these for work and everyone loved them. Will definitely make these again.
