This easy to assemble recipe took me a little longer to finish than indicated but was worth the effort. I used freshly grated mozzarella cheese which melted very nicely without browning. Good, simple recipe.

This was good, but not great. I think I will try it again but I will change a few things. One I won't use the whole wheat pasta, it seemed to not cook as well. I am also going to mix the cheese in instead of just on top. Also I will try covering with foil, the top layer seemed to dry out too much. Hope these works because other than those problems it tasted good.
I used sweet Italian sausage cut into small pieces instead of the hamburger and it was so flavorful! My whole family loved it. I would try adding mushrooms to it next time. This was easy and delicious!
I made this for dinner tonight using the Soy Crumbles (like Boca Crumbles) and even the meateaters liked it. Great, easy recipe - I will make it again.
Fabulous! I made a few tweaks and everyone loved it! I mixed the noodles with the meat and sauce plus a small can of sauce and diced zuchini. Then I layered it like lasagna: noodle/sauce mixture, parm/ mozz cheese and a few dollops of cottage cheese, noodle/sauce, etc. I baked it covered til about 5 minutes at the end. It was moist and so good!
Delicious! I've made it many times and it tastes like lasagna (but easier!).
this recipe was delicious!! i also added a small jar of sliced mushrooms :) i cant wait to make this dish again. but i believe i messed up because i used a whole container of parmissan cheese in my dish. but it turned out amazinggg. i am a cheese lover anyway
