VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini

VELVEETA-Cheesy Chicken Rotini recipe
What makes this dish so rich and creamy? The way the cheese melts in and through all the pasta, veggies and slightly hot chiles. All this and it's smart eating, too.

Used fresh broccoli and added mushrooms. It was really good, but VERY cheesy. I might decrease the amount of cheese by a bit next time.

It's a quick, super easy family friendly recipe. Add spices for more flavor. Everyone loved it from ages 6 to 47. It's a pleasant change from Spaghetti with ground meat. I will definitely make this again.

It was okay but instead of the rotel diced tomato with green chilies I am going to try salsa instead.

Very good. My husband hates broccoli so I used regular mixed vegetables instead. Tasted great. Very cheesy!

I made this recipe for several years using ground chuck. I broke the spagheti into thirds to make it easier for small children to eat. I tried it with the chicken and veggies ad will make it again it was excellent.

I have made this recipe for many years before I saw it here. However, it did not have the veggies. I like it much better this way. I would cook the veggies first, next time. We love the spiceyness that the Rotel tomatoes add.

I really liked it, but my husband and kids thought it was too spicy. So next time I will try just the milder version with diced tomatoes.
