We liked this better than the traditional apple pie.

Absolutely delicious and very easy to make! The cream cheese and sweet apples complimented eachother. I am making another one tomorrow.

We really enjoyed this dessert. The second time I made it, I sweetened the cream cheese with 1/2 tsp of sugar, peeled the apples, mixed apples with sugar/1/2 tsp cinnamon/flour, also sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked about 5 minutes longer to brown the crust. It is a fantastic recipe and I will make many more times

This was awesome. I am a big apple pie maker and this was so much easier and less fattening. The only thing that I would change is to add a little more cream cheese. May be us 3/4 of the block. This is a definate keeper.

Oh my gosh...surprisingly yummy...considering how simple it was to make. I added 5 more minutes since I like my crust really golden. The apples were the soft and the cream cheese added a nice flavor. I may add a little more sugar on the crust and in the apples next time since it was not sweet enough for me. And don't forget the whipped topping...it gave it an extra sweetness that complemented the rest of the tart.

I have made this recipe 3 times know and we love it every time. I would recommend adding powdered sugar to the cream though. It's good either way, but our family doesn't care for the cream cheese plain. I highly recommend this!! So easy too!

I made this recipe last night with the following changes... I used a whole pkg of cream cheese with 1/4 cup gran sugar mixed in, covering the whole bottom of the pie crust and baked it for 20 minutes only, last five covered. It came out terrific. Tasted like an apple/cheesecake pie. I used honey crisp apples, which I think are the best for baking anyway. Topped with lite cool whip, this was a big hit with my hubby.

It was ok. I did not care for the cream cheese. If I made it again I would peel the apples, mix the cinnamon and sugar with the apples (not just spinkle on top)and use less cream cheese. Easy to make.

So good! I used dark brown sugar instead of white and added cinnamon to the apples. I also put a layer of cinnamon and dark brown sugar of the cream cheese before placing the apples down. Used all granny smith apples- peeled them. Very delicious and easy!
