I used a 14oz. can of tomato sauce and added my own fresh oregano & spices. My daughter and I thought it was a perfect amount of sauce, but my hubby thought it need more. :)

This is super easy and very good. Its basically an easy version of lasagna...so sometimes I throw in some ricotta cheese too.

I used 1/2 lb beef and 1/2 lb sausage and added onions and mushrooms. It was easy and yummy.

Rather quick and very easy to make. It reminds me of goulash, served casserole style. Would be perfect with side salad and hot garlic bread. Very good and filing, especially on a cold night.

Wonderful. But even better with garlic and pepperoni plus extra cheese!!!
