I made it with top and bottom crust and it was too much crust. It also needed some more juices so I will probably add some cream of chicken soup. It was a little thick but still yummy.

This is my husbands favorite recipe. I used the crust on bottom as well. It also tastes great leftover!

For making a chicken pot pie for the first time and being a beginner cook I found this a very enjoyable dinner. This recipe had the tastiest ingredients and I have no leftovers for a family of 2! Next time though I will definitely try a quick biscuit mix instead of the pie crust.

I added more cream cheese and broth to the consistency I wanted. I also used red potatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots instead of frozen veggies.
