I make this and serve with any fresh fruit all year round. It is always a hit wherever we go. Sometimes I just use a dash of ground ginger in it and sometimes a dash of strawberry daquiri mix. They are both yummy.

My mom has made this sice I was a little girl & I make it for my kids and in-laws. However we also add 1/2 tsp of ginger powder and orange zest. That really makes the difference!

My mom gave me this recipe ~ it is very good. Not toooo sweet and very light tasting. Very good with fruit. I served it at a baby shower with cut fruit and got many compliments.

I put the marshmellow creme in the microwave uncovered for 15-20 SECONDS!!! - it puffs up and makes it easier to work with, then I mix the softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese and the marshmellow creme and 1 tablespoon of grenadine syrup - turns it pink and makes it very festive dip to serve with cut up bananas, peaches, cantelope, watermelon, uncut strawberries!
