A cool and moist dessert enjoyed by all the family. I also took it to a work function and received a lot of compliments. People were shocked to find out how simple the recipe was.

This works great not only as a fun layer cake but as a simple cake in a 9x13 baking pan!

My boyfriends aunt made this cake in a square cake pan and it was great. She used lemon cake with apricot jello. It sounds different but it tastes great and I'm not a big fan of Lemon.

This cake is my new favorite dessert! It's so light and tasty. I made the white cake version and added fresh strawberries into the layers. Yummm!

my roommate and i struggled with this recipe! we are both competent college graduates but for some reason had trouble with this cake. getting them out of the pans was a nightmare. we fixed it the best we could and our friends ate it all with no problem...it didn't taste as nasty as it looked, so that's good i guess. good luck
