This is a great dip - I added lagastinos to mine and served it in a multi-grain bread bowl - excellent!

we make this with cream cheese instead of the alfredo sauce, you can use light or fat free to lighten up the recipe without losing any flavor.

We love this type of dip at our house and this particular version of the recipe is very tasty and so easy to make. I added sauteed onion to the recipe and it gave it another dimension of flavor. I recommend trying this recipe.

Everyone in my family loves this dip. What I do is that I buy white mountain bread (whole) and I cut out a circle off the top of the bread and hollow it out.I pour the dip inside the bread and use the inside of the bread to dip inside. Absolutely Delicious.

Made this for a gathering last night -- met with rave reviews! No leftovers this morning...Made a few changes...Di Giorno alfredo sauce wasn't available at my local store, so I substituted Classico alfredo sauce with roasted garlic, then left out the garlic cloves. Also, added about 3 oz. of Philadelphia cream cheese and cracked black pepper. In hindsight, I wish I would have used all 16 oz. of alfredo sauce (instead of 10 as called for). The cream cheese made it yummy, but it made it a teeny bit dry. It's a winner for sure!
