I found that the amount of spinach that the recipe required made this dish quite salty. I think that the amount should be lessen by about 3 to 4 ounces of spinach.

The key is the parmesan sprinkled on the top....I don't cook all that well, but everyone likes when I make this dish. Served w/ tortilla chips...yum yum!!

I made this for an open house I attended recently. Everyone raved about this recipe. Several people asked me for a copy of it, which I was more than happy to do. I have already added this recipe to my 'all-time favorites' collection at home. The Savory Spinach Artichoke Dip was very simple and very delicious!
