I haven't had a chance to make it yet, but I have had an artichoke dip much like it that I liked a lot and I love spanikopita (spinach Pie) and this seems to combine both recipes and a little more. I know I would really like it. I will be making it soon.

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A RECIPE THAT COULD MATCH THE RECIPES RESTAURANTS USE TO MAKE THEIR APPETIZER SPINACH DIP AND NONE OF THE ONES I FOUND INCLUDED ARTICHOKES I LOVED IT...! EXCELLENT AND SUPER EASY!

Instead of using alfredo sauce, cream cheese might be better for dipping (and more fattening!)

My daughters love artichoke dips and I like alfredo sauce so maybe the combination will be a pleasure for all of us. Look forward to trying this recipe
