This was very easy to make and took no time at all. I had all the ingredients I needed already. I did not add the red pepper and mushrooms because my 2 children would have just picked them out, anyway. It didn't matter, the pasta was cooked perfectly and tasted so much better than the "helper" we usually buy. I might add a little more spicing next time I make it, but I will defintely be making this again. My kids loved it (even the onions!).

This was a great dish for a Sunday quick dinner, my husband and son ate it all having no leftovers. This will be a once a week dinner for a busy night.

It was very good! I added black olives, too. Very easy to make and my 3yr old son even had some!

It was so easy. I subsituted celery (add w/onions) for the peppers and it was still delic.

I must admit that I was skeptical about this dish. But was I ever wrong! This was super-easy to make and very, very delicious. I subsituted sweet Italian turkey sausage for the ground beef (it's what I had on hand) and it was awesome. I think that the entire prep and cooking time COMBINED was less than 15 mins. FANTASTIC!

My husband, who is a picky eater, loved this recipe! He usually hates leftovers, but agreed to have this again the next day because he liked it so much. I loved it because I didn't have a lot of dirty dishes to clean.

I prepared this meal using leftover taco meat and it was phenomenal. The taco seasoning in the meat combined with the other ingredients made a flavorful meal. My 4 year old couldn't get enough. Great way to use leftovers.

We have been in a rut lately and when Food & Family came the other day this recipe looked easy and good. We made it tonight and it was wonderful. Didn't have fresh mushrooms and we used canned. Used Spaghetti with meat from Aldi and so help me it was good. It was filling and it made plenty. I would pass this recipe on to anyone its a keeper.
