I just received my magazine and spotted this recipe immediately. I made it for dinner and it was quick, easy and delicious. My husband asked what the recipe was called so he could ask for it again. I definitely will make it again and again and will pass it along to others.

This was AMAZING! My family raved about it. One thing I altered was putting more than a cup of frozen veggies in (it was maybe a half cup more or so) and I also sprinkled more cheese on top of the tater tots. Very yummy! My husband added a dollop of sour cream on his...which he enjoyed!

I made this for my husband and myself. He liked this better than most of the one dish meals I have fixed in the past, in fact this was so well liked that I plan on making it for a group next time...Excellent

What an easy to prepare and delicious meal! The family says "It's a keeper!" I did make some slight changes to the recipe. I increased the ground beef to 1 1/2 lbs, 1-medium valdiala onion, 1 1/2 cups of veggies, 1/2 pkt Goya beef granules, and a slightly bit more extra-sharp cheddar cheese. Baking time was increased by an additional 10 minutes. During the last 3-4 minutes of baking time, I broiled the dish, resulting in evenly browned and crisp tater tots. Scrumptious!!!!
