Not so good. Will not make again. Tomatoes over-powered. Will not make again.

I really loved this recipe and my picky toddler went to down on that chicken! Only difference I made was instead of red peppers I had a frozen pepper mix I used instead, and I used stewed tomatos instead of tomato paste.

This was really good. I made it with boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and used orange peppers instead. Turned out really yummy!

I loved this recipe. But I used far to many red peppers. Next time I will use less. All in all it was a Superb dish.

I altered this some for my family's tastes. I started with some minced onion, pepper flakes and garlic in my olive oil. I browned my chicken and added some left over spaghetti sauce b/c my husband doesn't like diced tomato. They won't eat red peppers either. We had this over white rice. I think next time I'll use brown rice to make it healthier. I added a little extra oregano at the end to boost the flavor and everyone enjoyed it.
