If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! We made this for dinner tonight and I had to come review it before we even finished eating. This recipe is so tasty, quick, and easy. I marinated for 2 hours, then put it on the grill with summer squash, zucchini, and grape tomato skewers basted with a parmesan, garlic, and parsely butter mixture. A huge hit with my whole family--even the picky eaters. Next time I will probably through a few thick slices of bread on, too. Can't wait to make again!
