Simple but good. Do be careful about the dressing. Too much and they will be soggy and fall apart. Do brush cap down. Served in a chaffing dish at a party and they held up nicely.

made this for a football game. Was a hit. I sauted the mushrooms in fresh garlic which added some flavor. Also put italian bread crumbs and dressing along with red pepper in the sausage mixture. Will definitely be making this and experimenting with this again.

I've made this for a couple of years now at Christmas. My family loves them!!! You have to get to them quick or they will all be gone at my house.

I was very disappointed. They were not very flavorfull. If I made them again I would try adding some bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to the sausage mixture.

I changed the receipe a little bit to give it more flavor. I added some bread crumbs, italian dressing, and mozzeralla to the sausage to make it not so dry. It was yummy and easy to make. Everyone loved it.

My Hubby has been making this for our daughter for many years now with different variations. He uses the largest mushrooms, sautes them in garlic butter covered or in the broiler or on the grill. He has used turkey, sausage, beef, chicken. He uses all different types cheese. Its fun and even though we all love them, it is his baby girls favorite!
