I used a lot of comments from other folks and made the following changes: Cooked the pasta separately, used no water at all, added black olives with the other vegetables, and sprinkled some of the following seasonings on the meat mixture after it had finished browning - garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and basil. The final result was really good. I used the colored rotini to make it look even prettier. I ended up not using as much pasta as it called for, but that all depends on how pasta-heavy you like it. Very easy and very tasty!

Yummy! Next time I'll cook the pepper in with the meat, but other than that it was good. This one will go into the keep pile.

I made this tonight without using the red pepper. I also used tri-color rotini. It tasted as good as it looked. My husband said keep it on the list.

was quick & easy to make. made it with less onion, mushroom & peppers - if I make it again, will probably make without them. was ok.

My family really like this one. I have made it several times. I season the meat really good with garlic and italian seasoning and salt to give it a little extra flavor. Its easy and very yummy!

Great recipe, I left out the mushrooms and red peppers and it was wonderful. It was really easy and everyone ate it, no complaints!

This dish was just OK...my husband and I both thought the red pepper was a bit overpowering. I might try it again using chicken and leaving out the red pepper.
