My 6 yr old daughter loves this recipe. She has been asking me to make it this week but that I should not put onions on her skewers. She can't wait to squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken.

My husband and I don't like onions, so I leave them off. I also cook on an electric grill and add to the greek isle pasta salad; it's great together!

My sister made this and it was wonderful. Very light but so flavorful! The onions could have been a bit more "done" but other wise it was a fantastic dish. I would definitely make this for my family.

I have made this many times and it rocks! I sometimes have trouble finding the Greek dressing so I substitute Italian and it is still awesome - and very easy. Oh, I add Red & Yellow Peppers to the skewers also. YUMMY

Simple to make and had a rich flavor. Can be used as an appetizer, or as a main course served with the Greek Isles Pasta Salad.

The mayonnaise mskes all the difference in the moisture in the meat. I've since tried adding mayonnaise to other marinates and, boy, what a difference! I cooked mine in my George Forman Grill.
