I added garlic to the meat along with the onion and it still was lacking in flavor. This might work for a family that needs a kid-friendly meal, but I am not making it again.

Very yummy! I sometimes replace the beef with ground turkey for a healthier spin on it.

I took this to a Super-Bowl party assembled and cooked it there. I agree with the other posters - I definitely would thaw the vegetables first since it seemed cold when it was done cooking. Guests threw it in the microwave to finish heating it up. I too added minced garlic and salt to the ground beef and salt. In the future, I'd probably add more vegetables and probably some fresh mushrooms in the soup mixture.

I have made this twice and it is just fabulous! Inexpensive, Easy to prepare and tastes great. Plus it is a meal all in one, I only served it with a salad. Will be making again and again.

This was really good. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I did season the meat with pepper and garlic powder and I used 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables. I also thawed the vegetables like suggested by other reviewers. Oh and I topped the taters with more some cheddar cheese and cooked it an extra 5 minutes. Yummy!!!
