I salt & peppered the chicken before browning it and doubled the amount of red pepper and onion since I didn't have any mushrooms. Also added a Tablespoon of lemon juice and used Zesty Italian Dressing. It was absolutely delicious (and colorful)!

I veiwed the statement of not enough lemon, so I added just a little more than called for and the lemon shined through. I found that the amount of dressing was adequte for just the chicken and veggies. I did not cook the pasta. I savored this meal, and I'm sure I'm going to be hit up at work for some tastes of it.

I used lemon juice instead of rind, and I couldn't even taste the lemon, plus it needed a little extra dressing to keep the moisture. It was okay, I probably won't make this again though.

Very easy and very good. But I had to add more dressing. I didn't add the pepper and onion, just mushrooms.

YUMMY! I made this for my parents and they loved it, I also took the left over's in for a co worker for lunch and she loved it!!

My husband and I loved it! The only thing that I did different is I added a green bell pepper instead of the red and I squeezed the juice from the lemon in as it cooked.

I added some sun-dried tomatos to the italian dressing/lemon mix and it was really good. Also i added a tablespoon fresh lemon juice to give it an extra zing!
