This was wonderful. I made it for my husband's 40th birthday party and everyone loved it!! It was so so easy to make. The only thing I did different is I served it with nacho chips. I had the crackers there but everyone wanted the chips with it. I will make it again soon.

it really just tasted like canned chili on a cracker. This was just ok to me and my family.

OMG! my favorite dip- with a couple additions. I have made a dip similar to this for the past 4 football season. my boyfriend and his friends devour it. here are my variations. I spread cream cheese over a glass baking dish (9 by 13) Then I add minced white onion over the cream cheese to add some flavor. (usually a small to med-onion) Then spread chili (I use the canned stuff w/out beans) Add sliced Jalepenos if you like it spicy on top of that. And then top with Mozzarella or Monterey Jack Cheese Then, stick it in the oven at 400 for about 7 min or until cheese is bubbling. So good. I Want to go make it now! I use tortilla scoops or chips instead of crackers. So yummy. I want to make it now!

We make this dip a lot when we need some feel-good comfort food. We use the no-bean chili, but every now and then zing it up with the HOT chili.
