Easy, delicious and quick!! I just used a small can of mushrooms and half of an onion. I also use ground turkey in all the meals that call for ground beef to make it a bit healthier. Still tasted delicious.

This recipe was great! Although I like my peppers cooked a little so I put them in when I put the onion in.

My husband was surprised! I served this with garlic sweet bread and we both fell in love with the taste. My leftovers were given to other family members to try and I was asked for the recipe! Great!!

I used 2 cups of frozen corn in place of mushrooms and pepper. Excellent! Easy! Fast! The whole family enjoyed.

LOVE this. Fast, Easy, Economical and feeds an entire family - It's hearty, filling, and there's enough for lunch the next day, too.

My young children and our whole family loved this, and cleanup was minimal. Leftovers were scarce and all eaten next day. I love the true one pot dish.

Awesome dinner!! I used less red pepper, more beef & pasta and it was awesome, everyone loved it. Very very quick and easy, I will definitely make again

This was so simple and had a nice flavor. It is important to bring the sauce mixture to a full boil before turning the heat to low, and I would also recommend checking to make sure the pasta is cooked before adding the additional vegetables. Mine was a little chewy, but I would still make this again.
