Creamy Shrimp Alfredo

What You Need

1/2

lb. linguine, uncooked

Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2

lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp

cloves garlic, minced

oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

3/4

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, adding garlic for the last minute. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon, reserving liquid in skillet; set shrimp aside. Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in shrimp and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan.

DRAIN pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.

I never thought shrimp and pasta could go so well together. This recipe was an instant-hit in my house from the first bite, and that's saying a lot, given that there are a few picky eaters here that don't like seafood.

very very easy to make. one of the easiest dishes i made. i think next time i'm going to add more cream cheese to make it taste more thicker and creamier. but otherwise it was great.

Best ever!! I double the sauce and use more garlic than called for. I have severl others in my family making this now! This recipie is just like your eating at a resturant

I love this recipe.. Very Excellent! Only thing is I just use whole 8 oz cream cheese instead 6 oz.. My hubby and I love shrimps so much, so I used the whole bag of shrimps. We were satisfied with this, It is absolutely delicious, it just like at Red Lobster ( Shrimp Alfredo Pasta).

wonderfully easy and very tasty!!! quick and easy although I do add more cream cheese and an entire bag of shrimp and I use whole wheat or whole grain pasta with some garlic toast of bread. This is a big hit in my house and neighborhood.

This recipe was very simple and very delicious. I used prepare alfredo instead of the cream cheese and added extra garlic because I love garlic and and it still turned out great. It tasted just as good as you would order in the restaurants. I will definitely make this recipe again. This recipe will go down in my favorites.
