BAKER'S ONE BOWL Midnight Bliss Cake recipe

This cake turned out very moist and delicious! I also found that it freezes very well (perfect to cut into smaller portions, wrap individually, and freeze for a later date)

OHHHH my gosh! This is the best way to describe this cake. I used the Kahlua flavor coffee. The main thing I recommend...if you have strong hands, use a hand mixer, otherwise, a stand mixer will be my choice next time out. The batter is VERY thick. It is amazing warmed up just a little. Ya know so the choc chunks can ooooze just ever so slightly. Definately use real whipped topping!! After all what's a few more calories!!!

I have made this dessert several times and have always gotten rave reviews! I now make it to give as a gift for special occasions...and it is requested frequently by my mothers bridge club.

This recipe was simply delicious. I made this cake on two occasions and received great compliments. It was very easy to make. Try serving this cake about an hour after it is prepared. The chocolate just melt in your mouth.

This cake is excellent!! I have my teenage daughter and her friends beg for this cake for their birthday's. I have tried this with semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips both are wonderful but I prefer the semi-sweet. teresa clark NC

I used the vanilla variety of instant coffee and although it was delicious, it did not have a coffee flavor. I'll try something different next time.

Very moist! I microwaved my slices for 10 seconds at 50% power and added the powered sugar--the chocolate softened again for a delicious, warm, moist, chocolately treat!! Try it!
