I made this recipe for Easter Dessert and it turned out really well with the exception that you could not transfer from the baking pan to a nice presentation peice. I don't understand why the recipe did not call for a springform pan. The springform pan would have made for a better presentation in serving the dessert. I will make this recipe again but in a springform pan.
Easy recipe, easy to make, but confusing. One package of cream cheese said to add flour, but listed none. But another box didnt have flour to add, so I had to look up the recipe on line to make sure exactly what went into it. But it was a wonderful cheese cake.
Very excellent. Wonderful that it makes alot so you can share. Most cheesecakes are small. Will definitely make this one again, maybe trying strawberries.
I got the recipe from the Philidelphia Cream cheese package-The directions were a bit confusing-it said that I should add flour with the sugar & crm cheese but there was no flour listed in the ingredients. It was very good though!
Fantastic recipe! This is my second time making it in one week (and it feeds 16!). I literally had to fight people to get my own piece. I plan on making it many more times.
I made this recipe at Thanksgiving and it was gone before the blink of an eye. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. My husband is already asking when I will make it again.

Like 30-Minute Meals Chef Rachel Ray always says... Yummm! This recipe was quite a hit with my family too. I used the extra berries on each slice I served as a topping.
I made this cheese cake and everyone loved it. But I used part of a can of blueberry pie filling. Put a few tablespoon full around on top and then just swirled it around.
It was very good, but had too many berries. I halved the recipe, and it worked, but next time I will not put in the recommended ammount of berries. Great texture.
