This was delicious! The carrots made the meatballs. For those of you who had problems, make sure you grate the carrots fine like the fancy cheese blends. I used regular brown rice instead of minute rice and cooked it in a seperate saucepan. I added the meatballs to rice pan because the skillet looked greasy. Because my rice was already cooked, I omitted the water. Next time I will add a little more dressing to the rice.

Meatballs were amazing! The recipe took quite a bit longer than suggested for me to make, and I had to add more water for the rice...but it was worth it!

this turned out awesome, I have made it a few times and my daughter who is totally picky loved it. If you are looking for a quick meal try using frozen meatballs, I added them to the water, dressing and soy brought to a boil and added rice, awesome and took less then 10 mins

Everyone loved it! The catalina dressing with the rice was really good, and the meatballs where awesome. I've also found other recipes to use the dressing with and so far we really like the way the catalina adds to the taste!

This recipe was okay. The meatballs were killer!!! However the rice was gross!!! If i do make this again it will just be the meatballs. Also now I'm stuck with a bottle of salad dressing no one will use!

Everyone loved it- I did drain the oil from the meatballs prior to adding the liquid and rice- I didn't the first time and it was too greasy!! Otherwise we have this pretty often now, they ask for it. Love the carrots in the meatballs to "sneak" a veggie in!!

The meatballs were ok, but not the best. The rice was just awful. I was very disappointed with this recipe - it sounded so good. I would not ever make this again as no one in the family liked it.

This was a terrible recipe, I was very disappointed since all the other recipes I have tried on here are so good...the meatballs were bland and the rice was also...would never make again.
