My husband really likes this recipe. While remodeling our kitchen, we were invited to a cookout. This salad was easy to make and didn't need anything baked, cooked, or microwaved!

Like eating a bowl full of summer! Very easy to make, delicious and super healthy! I subbed a balsamic dressing and feta cheese which seemed to pair well with the flavors.

Fast and easy. I used a variety of fresh veggies and made it in the afternoon to go with dinner. Delicious and nice change from green salads.

My kids usually hate green peppers and are a tough sell on vegetables but they loved this salad. It is definately a keeper.
