Tasty, but I would make the following changes next time:
- I would double the pudding/peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate pudding mixture for at least 3 hours. If you do not refrigerate it long enough, it will be difficult to spread the chocolate layer.
- I would either skip the chocolate layer or use a mix of semi-sweet and milk chocolate. The semi-sweet was too rich.
- Melt chocolate for 1 minute in microwave before adding cool whip.
