We used a three cheese blend (w/ cheddar), added bacon pieces (for salt), and substituted the tomatoes with chopped red pepper. I served this at a Christmas party. It was very delicious, the changes gave this enough salt and flavor, and I had several people ask for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

This was very good,I made one as the directions stated and one without the mushrooms for picky family members. I added orange bell peppers to replace the mushrooms and 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning. Both were very well received at a large family Christmas.

This is easily a 5 star recipe. I made it for the first time this Christmas and it wowed everyone. I need to perfect my presentation, so I'm going to watch the video again.

DO NOT use both eggs! This is a great dish, but I spent ten minutes mopping up (with a paper towel) excess liquid from the extra egg. The taste of this dish is GREAT. Disappeared at Christmas dinner and got tons of compliments and recipe requests. I made it again with only one egg - same taste, no running.
