This recipe was SUPER easy! I couldn't believe how good this was for so little effort. The meatball recipe is fantastic, but in a pinch I have used quality pre-made meatballs with the same results. This is my go-to meal when we need something on the table fast!

I wasn't a big fan of the sauce, but the meatballs are SO good, and so easy! I actually froze half of the meatballs, then pulled them out when we had vistors for a quick appetizer. They loved them! They're great with spaghetti also. I just have to find a better sauce than this one.

Easy meal to make with what you already have on hand. For the meatballs, I used bread crumbs purchased from the store instead of stove top stuffing. The bread crumbs come in all flavors and are already seasoned well. I also added cheese and onion along with the egg. For the sauce, I listened to other suggestions and used cream of mushroom soup and milk along with a jar of turkey gravy and sour cream to stretch the gravy and make it creamier. Absolutely perfect over rice.

My family absolutely loved this meal! It is definitely the only sweedish meatball recipe I'll use again! So easy to make!

Think this recipe is very delicious and quick. Next time I would spray the foil with cooking spray because the meatballs stuck to the foil a little.

I saved out half of the large quantity of meatballs to make easy spaghetti the next day...Yummy and Easy two nights in a row.

This was a big hit with my young kids! Meatballs ALWAYS are. The sauce was perfect.
